  • Groceries & Personal Care Products: This category involves fresh vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish etc (Groceries) and Personal Care products such as…… Please note that at the time of delivery at your home, we kindly request you to check all the products that you ordered in presence of our delivery man.
  • In case, the vegetables, fruits, chicken or fish, any of these products that you ordered are found not to be fresh, then kindly inform the delivery man immediately on the spot then and there itself.
  • Please check the expiry date of the Personal Care products and also whether they are seal packed or not.
  • Kindly, note that the products cannot be returned back after the completion of payments and delivery.

  • Fashion Accessories, Electronics, and other Products: Products such as clothes, fashion accessories or other products if found to be defective then kindly contact us on our helpdesk within 12 hours. Please note that there will be no return of money. However, we ensure you to replace it within 12 hours from the receiving time.
  • In case of electronic products found to be defective, kindly inform us 12 hours of the receiving time. Our team at Martizo.com will take all the necessary measures to replace it as early as possible.
  • If any ordered product found to be defective we request you to not use it and not remove the price tags. We will accept back the products only if it is in the condition when delivered to you.
